Space:
Young Harris is a welcoming town nestled in the Brasstown Valley. It began its origins in the founding of Young Harris College in 1886. Young Harris offers a wealth of history and culture. Featuring fine dining and local eateries, miles of hiking trails, horseback riding, championship golf resort and the highest mountain in Georgia, Brasstown Bald. This charming town and surrounding area will bring wonderful memories and unique experiences for all interests.

Whitetail Crick is accessible via all paved roads and within 10 minutes of Young Harris and several attractions and restaurants. The beautiful drive sets the tone for rest, relaxation, adventure and enjoying the small town atmosphere. We are so glad you can come visit our amazing area!

Upon arrival you will enter via the backside of the house up a small set of stairs into the large open living room! Immediately you will notice the intricate details of the multiple wood shades, spacious living area, large windows for natural light and beautiful gourmet kitchen. It is the perfect gathering spot for family and friends!

The living room features two large sofas, large screen smart TV and gas fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings! It also has light darkening shades for privacy.

The kitchen is a chef's dream! All stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample counter space, large cabinets and four bar stools for great conversation and entertainment. It offers a drip coffee maker and Keurig for all you coffee lovers.

Just off the kitchen is the spacious dining room with seating for six.

The main level deck can be accessed through the multiple sliding doors or french doors. It has a gas grill, dining table, multiple seating options and gas fire pit overlooking the soothing creek below! It will be one of your favorite spots in the home!

The master king suite bedroom is just down the hall from the kitchen. It is a very large comfortable space with dressers, beautifully crafted bed, and smart TV. The bathroom has two vanities and a beautiful cultured walk-in shower.

Outside the master bedroom is a half-bath and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are available for your use.

The upper level has two additional bedrooms (king and queen), both with smart TVs. There is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo between the two.

The lower level has a large game room with a billiards table and two bar tables for your board games, card games or just to enjoy your favorite beverage.

The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, just off the game room, with a king bed, desk area and smart TV.

There is an additional full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo and dual vanity across the hall from the bedroom.

All your games are located in the alcove under the stairs. It adds to the adventure in making your choice and probably a favorite spot for kids to crawl into and play.

The family fun begins with the spacious theater room just off the game room! It has a four person reclining sofa, desk area if needed, large smart TV, DVD player and an expansive offering of DVD movies that is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy!

The additional deck is accessible from the game room. It has a five person hot tub overlooking the creek, additional seating and wraps around to the fire pit area.

New stairs are being added by December 1st (not pictured) to reach the creek below for kids to splash around or to just sit and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature. There is also a table and seating by the creek.

A vacation wouldn’t be complete without your fur babies. You can have up to two dogs 25lbs or under. The owners respectfully ask that you please not allow them on the furniture or beds and to crate them when away. Please respect other properties and keep your pets on a leash at all times when outside. Dog bowls and a bed are provided for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
● To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and it must be at least 14 days prior to arrival. The refund will be for all nights minus any service processing fees.
● If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights minus any service processing fees.
● If guests cancel after that, you’ll not receive any refund

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closets

Located 8 minutes from downtown Young Harris and 15 minutes from Hiwassee. It is accessible via paved roads the entire way except for the short driveway. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and has creek frontage making it a wonderful place to enjoy nature's symphony.

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Please pickup after your pet and dispose of the bags in the large trash bags. Do not put single poop bags into the trash. The companies collecting the trash will not take anything loose in the trash cans.

Dogs are permissible up to 25 lbs, limited to two.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.
