The main house has a Queen, Bunk bed (2 twins) and sofa sleeper and the clubhouse has a Queen and a sofa sleeper so 6 beds total but can sleep 10 MAX. The main house has the kitchen and living area for watching tv and eating. The clubhouse has a variety of games and a tv for group gatherings and events. 

House outfitted with new linens, dishes and appliances. The back patio is great for eating and visiting outdoors and also a fire pit and tv.  The front porch of the clubhouse has rocking chairs for everyone.  

You will also find a creek behind the house which is fun to explore.

Just a short ride away, is Montgomery Bell State Park where you will find hiking, boating, fishing and a lodge with a restaurant.
