• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 29-night stay requires $180 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6 every additional night.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Orlando MyPlace Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• I give permission to PMI Orlando MyPlace to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by PMI Orlando MyPlace. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Park in the driveway and in front of the property. No access to garage
• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside the property.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the host.
• NO parties, NO events, NO cats and NO smoking allowed.
• Dogs Considered, read pet policy.
• Before your departure please strip the beds that were used, linens that were used in general and leave in the hallway or laundry room on the floor.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
• Trash Disposal Guidelines & Schedule:

Friday: Recyclables
Please be mindful of trash disposal to prevent pests like raccoons, cats, and scavenger birds from creating unsightly messes. To maintain a clean environment and comply with local regulations, we kindly request the following:
Indoor Disposal: Please dispose of any odorless waste indoors. You can collect and tie trash in provided bags and leave them near the kitchen trash bin for our cleaners to handle during checkout.
Outdoor Disposal: Dispose of trash in the city-designated bin on the east side of the property. Ensure the bin is not overloaded and completely closed.
Recycling: Place recyclable materials in the green bin located on the east side of the property.
Your cooperation helps us keep the environment clean and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you!

PET POLICY
We understand that pets are an integral part of many families, and we welcome small and large dogs as valued guests in our rental property. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and adhere to the following pet policy:
1. Eligibility
Dogs must be at least one year old.
All dogs must be house trained and well-behaved.
2. Proof of Vaccination
Prior to arrival, guests are required to provide proof of age, that their dog is up to date on vaccinations for rabies, flea, and tick prevention.
3. Waste Management
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs promptly!
Please use the provided waste disposal bags and bins located in communal areas surrounding the property. You will see waste bins and bags provided in several designated areas. We will also leave you some extra dog waste bags under the sink.
Failure to clean up after your dog may result in additional cleaning fees.
4. Pet Deposit
A non-refundable pet deposit of $100 is required upon booking.
5. Pet Etiquette
Please ensure that your dog remains leashed.
Do not leave your dog unattended in the rental property unless crated and only for short periods.
Do not allow on furniture
6. Liability
Guests are solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pet.
The host is not liable for any harm or injuries to the pet or any third parties during their stay.
7. Additional Cleaning
If additional cleaning, deodorizing, or pest control is required due to your pet, the associated costs beyond the cost of the pet deposit and cleaning fee may be charged to you after the cleaning is reported back to have extensive cost affiliated.
8. Violation of Policy
Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund, as well as additional fees for damages or cleaning.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. By booking our property with your pet, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these pet policies.
